Charles Forson of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has been declared the winner of the Tema Central parliamentary seat after a vote recount.The recount faced a delay when some party representatives were absent, prompting the Returning Officer to pause the process.Earlier, Ebi Bright of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) had called for a complete recount of all polling station results, following a court order.
