Yul Edochie
Controversial Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has heaped praises on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, citing significant improvements in electricity supply and national security under his administration.
In an Instagram post, Edochie claimed that many states in Nigeria are now enjoying up to 22 hours of electricity daily, a development he attributes to Tinubu’s policies.
“Many states in Nigeria now enjoy 22 hours per day of steady power supply. Terrorist attacks have reduced drastically, all courtesy of the policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” Edochie wrote.
The actor also lauded Tinubu as a “master strategist” and “silent achiever,” expressing optimism about the president’s ability to address the nation’s challenges.
“The Jagaban. The master strategist. The silent achiever. So much more to come. Jagaban will fix it all,” he added.
Edochie’s comments have sparked widespread reactions on social media. While some praised his optimism and support for the administration, others criticised his remarks as overly partisan and questioned the accuracy of his claims.
This is not the first time Edochie has expressed strong political opinions, often stirring debate with his outspoken support for leaders and their policies.
