According to Modern Ghana, Ningo Prampram Member of Parliament (MP) Sam George has issued a fiery statement regarding the accountability of individuals implicated in mismanaging Ghana’s resources.

Speaking on the need for transparency and justice in governance, he declared that no one guilty of exploiting the nation’s wealth should evade accountability.

“None of those who have raped our nation’s resources should be allowed to skip town,” Sam George stated emphatically during a recent media interaction.

His comments come amidst growing public outcry over corruption allegations and financial mismanagement involving prominent political figures.

According to the outspoken MP, allowing such individuals to escape justice undermines the nation’s development efforts and weakens public trust in democratic institutions.

Sam George further stressed the importance of strengthening the country’s judicial and accountability systems to ensure that all wrongdoers face the full force of the law.

He called for a united front among Ghanaians to demand transparency and hold public officials accountable.

“The time has come for us as a nation to rise above partisan lines and place Ghana first. If we fail to act decisively, we risk leaving our future generations in deeper poverty and disarray,” he said.

The MP’s remarks have sparked widespread debate among political analysts and citizens alike, with many agreeing that corruption remains a major stumbling block to Ghana’s progress.

Advocacy groups have echoed his sentiments, urging the government to take swift action against corrupt officials and recover stolen state funds.

Sam George also proposed reforms to prevent future abuse of national resources. Among his recommendations were enhanced asset declaration protocols for public officeholders, increased whistleblower protections, and regular audits of government expenditures.

While his call to action has been met with praise, some critics have questioned whether his party and colleagues in Parliament are equally committed to rooting out corruption.

In response, Sam George emphasized the need for consistency in applying anti-corruption measures across all political divides.
