The Signs Are Already There; If Dr. Bawumia Becomes President, We Will See More Doom—Sintim Misa

According to Ghanaweb report, Renowned Ghanaian comedian and social commentator, Kwaku Sintim-Misa, popularly known as KSM, has raised concerns about the potential consequences of electing Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as president in the upcoming December elections.

In a recent public statement, KSM, who is known for his outspoken views on social and political issues, expressed deep reservations about Dr. Bawumia’s leadership. According to KSM, the vice president’s tenure as head of the Economic Management Team under the current administration has contributed to the country’s severe economic difficulties, and his election as president would only exacerbate these challenges.

“Ghanaians need to think carefully about their choice in the next election. If Dr. Bawumia becomes president, we will see more doom. The signs are already there. The hardships will only get worse,” KSM warned, highlighting the ongoing struggles faced by ordinary citizens due to the country’s economic crisis. He pointed to rising inflation, escalating cost of living, and high unemployment as key issues that have worsened under the current government’s economic management.

KSM questioned Dr. Bawumia’s ability to address these issues effectively, suggesting that the vice president has failed to demonstrate the leadership necessary to steer the country toward recovery. “The country is already facing serious economic challenges, and voting for Dr. Bawumia would only make things worse,” KSM added.

The comedian emphasized that Ghanaians need to prioritize their well-being and the future of the nation when making their electoral decisions. He urged voters to consider candidates who can offer tangible solutions to the pressing issues that affect the daily lives of citizens, rather than continuing with the current trajectory.
