If you think the speaker’s decision not to recall the house is improper go to supreme court for interpretation – Defeamekpor to Afenyo-Markin

The Member of Parliament (MP) for South Dayi, Rockson-Nelson Defeamekpor, has suggested that Majority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin seek clarification from the Supreme Court regarding the Speaker of Parliament’s refusal to recall the House.

According to Mr. Defeamekpor, Speaker Alban Bagbin acted within his discretion in turning down the Majority’s request to reconvene Parliament.
