Resurfacing of Baal prophets in Ghana

Never say die to the Ghanaian Baal prophets until they are shamed by the counter-prophesied general election results.

In Ghana since 2008 or thereabout, many so-called prophets of God but indeed fake, have emerged from where, why, and how, I can’t tell.

Come December every year, they come out frenetically prophesying doom, announcing who is going to die and how. Most of their prophecies come with conditions attached so that whichever way it goes, they claim credit for their manifestation.

Again, and especially so in an election year, these fake prophets, the similitude of the ancient biblical Baal prophets, come out in their multitude, prophesying who will win the election and who will lose.

In almost all these instances, their prophesies fall flat. However, as they have no shame, they come out every December and each election year to give prophesies, telling the nation God Almighty is the one that has tasked them to deliver such messages to Ghanaians.

For how long Ghanaians will allow themselves to be fooled by these Ghanaian versions of the Baal prophets who could not command fire to come from the sky to consume their slaughtered bull when taken to a contest by Elijah?

Look at Nigel Gaisie and Badu Kobi who year in year out prophesy election victory for Mr John Dramani Mahama but the result is always the opposite.

Look at Isaac Owusu Bempah who claims to have been entrusted with the key to the door of presidential election 2024 by God to give to whoever God will direct him to, indicating such a person is the winner of the election.

Why these cock and bull prophecies, the figment of their warped imagination?

I don’t blame them but those Ghanaians singing their praises.

I will have had no qualms about their alleged prophecies if they had told us that they are predictions.

Yes, anyone can make predictions following their beliefs and intuitions whereas prophecies come from God as they themselves do claim. If they are from God but not any lesser god, why do they not come to pass as prophesied?

If the fate of the Baal prophets could happen to these fake Ghanaian prophets, many discerning Ghanaian would love it but unfortunately, it would not happen to them.

The Inspector General of Police Dr George Akuffo-Dampare, tried to stop their baseless public prophesies but as obstinate and too powerful as they are, they won’t stop.

Ghanaians, I invite you to spend a little time noting down in whose favour these prophets are prophesying victory to judge for yourselves if they are fake or genuine.

Whichever way their prophesies go, count them fake because of the conditions of ifs and buts they attach to them. They are simply causing confusion in the country.

All ye Ghanaian Baal prophets, be careful so that the wrath of God does not come upon you as it did to the ancient Baal prophets as in 1 Kings 18:20-40.

There are a few genuine prophets in Ghana, but they don’t come out publicly to announce things to seek favour or fame. They keep things secret and always give praise and glory to God.
