A video of the birthday bash of National Lottery Authority (NLA) boss, Sammi Awuku, has been shared on social media.
It is believed that the plush all-white party was held in early April given that Awuku’s birthday falls on April 10.
The former New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Organizer chalked 40 years this year.
Among the guests sighted at the party were Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, who is known to be very close to Awuku.
Ghana football legend Asamoah Gyan was also sighted with musician Samini Dagaati dishing out songs.
After holding positions within the party – Youth Organizer and National Organizer, Awuku’s next political move is to enter Parliament.
He resoundingly won the Akropong Constituency primaries last year and is set to contest the 2024 parliamentary seat.
With the seat traditionally belonging to the NPP, Awuku is likely to be elected MP for the area come January 2025.
