Veteran Gospel musician, Yaw Sarpong has broken silence after news of him getting stroke went viral.
Recall that about 5 years ago ace Gospel musician, Yaw Sarpong divulged that he was bedridden for 2 years due to an unknown sickness.
He revealed that during the sickness he could not do anything, adding that even doctors told him he would not be able to talk or walk.
In a video that flew across social media platforms yesterday, February 27, Maame Tiwaa who happens to be Yaw Sarpong’s backing vocalist and a Gospel heroine said that Yaw Sarpong was allegedly down with a stroke.
In the viral video, Maame Tiwaa was seen singing one of Yaw Sarpong’s sad songs whilst crying.
One could hear the Gospel heroine saying “God please heal Yaw Sarpong”.
Well, it is reported that the gospel musician as well as Maame Tiwaa is doing very fine.
According to Ghanaian journalist, Kofi Adoma, when he heard of the news, he tried to reach out to the duo who told him they were doing very fine.
Kofi Adoma noted that the video that circulated on social media is an old video.
