Singer and rapper Danso Abiam has shared in a radio broadcast how iconic rapper Sarkodie foretold his future success.
Abiam recalled how Sarkodie accurately said billboards across the country would display his image and his future concert, Rapperholic while they were travelling from Tema to Accra.
According to Abiam, whose collaboration with Sarkodie on the popular song Ghanaian Lady (Belly Dancer) was a turning point in his career, Sarkodie dreamed big, and he worked towards attaining his present status.
Shedding more light on the incident, he said that while visiting producer Sugartone’s Accra studio, Sarkodie pointed to a sign in Ashaiman promoting a church campaign, declaring with the assurance that one day his picture would be on banners and concerts would be called Rapperholic.
Sarkodie’s prophecy has come true, according to Abiam, as he is currently one of the most prosperous musicians in Ghana and Africa.
A few weeks ago, Sarkodie delighted his fans by giving them a sneak peek of his upcoming music video for his popular song “Otan,” which features the talented boxer Freezy Macbones.
The Ghanaian rapper took to his social media platforms to share a short clip of the video, giving his followers a glimpse of what they could expect.
Not only did Sarkodie share the clip, but Freezy Macbones also posted it on his TikTok page, showcasing their intense sparring session in the boxing ring.
Sarkodie looked fierce in his boxing attire, with a determined expression, while Freezy Macbones demonstrated his impressive skills and agility.
The video, accompanied by the caption “Ladies and gentlemen, we have a fight,” received an overwhelming response from fans, accumulating thousands of views and comments.
