Your Time Has Passed, Admit It- Kwaw Kese Tells Shatta Wale

Ace Ghanaian rapper, Emmanuel Kofi Botwe also known in the Ghanaian entertainment industry as Kwaw Kese has in a self-recorded video mocked self-acclaimed Dancehall King, Shatta Wale, advising him to quit music and venture into something better.

Kwaw Kese claims Shatta Wale’s time has passed, so he should admit it and retire, and stop attacking industry players unnecessarily.

The “Gyimii” hitmaker noted that in the contemporary Ghanaian entertainment industry, when names of great musicians are to be mentioned, everyone will mention names like Stonebwoy, Kuami Eugene, Kidi, Kwesi Arthur, and Black Sherif among others.

“Now we dey talk about Kwesi Arthur, Kuami Eugene, Kidi among others. They don’t mention your name. Because your time has passed”, he said.

Kwaw Kese believes that Shatta Wale claims he is a very good musician and has no competitor but most of his songs don’t make sense, citing “Wo maame Tw3” as an example of Shatta Wale’s song that makes no sense.

“The stupid songs that you did. That your “Wo maame tw3″ and others you did where did you think you could go with it?”, he added.

Comparing Shatta Wale to Stonebwoy, Kwaw Kese said that Stonebwoy has become a better version of himself and is doing great things globally.

“Stonebowy is doing big things with the world. If you claim you be dancehall artist and you are doing kpuu kpaa then you be jon”, he added.
