 Controversial media personality, Adu Safowaa’s Speech-a-thon is currently ongoing at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.
The longest speech marathon is to take place between 9th January 2024 and 14th January,n 2024.
Per reports, the current Guinness World Record holder for the longest speech marathon did it for 90 hours, however, Adu Sarfowaa is doing it for 120 hours.
Just like they did for Guinness World Record sing-a-thon attemptee, Afua Asantewaa, top notch Ghanaian celebrities and personalities have gone to the scene to support the media personality.
In a viral video, actress Nana Ama McBrown, Kwaku Manu, Akua GMB, Oheneyere Gifty Anti and many other celebrities have gone to support Adu Safowaa.
In other news, Nana Kofi Adu, father of Adu Safowaa has spoken about his daughter’s speech-a-thon attempt.
Nana Kofi Adu says that he is very optimistic at the end of the day, his daughter will be recognized by the Guinness World Record and be the Guinness World Record holder for the longest speech marathon.
In an interview at the premises of his daughter’s speech-a-thon attempt, Nana Kofi said that whatever his daughter says she would do, she does it with ease.
She recounted a situation where his daughter back at Senior High School told him she wanted to become an entertainment prefect.
He revealed Adu Safowaa became the entertainment prefect and did the work very well even when the father and other family members thought she would not be able to.
He admitted that his daughter is very controversial and not a soft person.
