Ghanaian female celebrities have been labeled stingy and wicked by angry social media users following Moesha’s current health condition.
This comes after musician, Efya Nokturnal and comedienne Afia Schwarzenegger shared the fundraiser on social media for their fans to donate.
A GoFundMe account has recently been set up to raise money to support Moesha Boduong pay her hospital bills.
According to the report, the bubbly actress has not been able to talk or move her body for the past week after she was rushed to an undisclosed hospital.
The report added that the actress has also lost her memory and is presently fighting for her life.
The brother of Moesha Buuong who made the disclosure said that an amount of 10k dollars is needed to sort out the actress’ hospital bills.
Even though many Ghanaian celebrities have reacted to the issue of Moe via their social media handles, checks have it that no celebrity has contributed their quota so far.
Responding to this, social media users have called out Ghanaian celebrities.
According to them, per how Ghanaian celebrities flaunt their wealth on social media, this should have been a simple thing they could have done.
A social media user on their part claimed three female celebrities; Delay, Jackie Appiah, and McBrown alone can pay 9k dollars out of the 10k dollars if they contribute 3k, 4k, and 2k respectively.
Meanwhile, the names of celebrities like Efia Odo, Pamela Odame, Hajia Bintu, and sister Derby were also mentioned by social media users.
“The following celebs can take care of the cost simply: Delay=$3k, Jackie Appiah = $4k, McBrown $2k, Efia Odo $500, Hajia Bintu $300, Akuapem $100and lastly Pamela Odame $100…making $10k. So you guys should leave we the broke guys alone and go to these celebs,” a netizen said.
