Former BLack Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan has decided to support comic actor, Funny Face by raising funds for him.
Baby Jet made the disclosure via a social media posting, revealing that he has been able to reach out to Funny Face and was touched by his story.
He revealed that he has sent 100 cedis to Funny Face and implored other Ghanaians to do same to support the actor.
This comes after Funny Face took to social media to let Ghanaians know that all is not well with him.
He claims for a very long time, he has not been able to see his daughters because he has gone bankrupt.
Funny Face blamed himself for his predicaments because according to him, he became ungrateful to some people who helped him.
Reacting to the story, Ghanaians have told Asamoah Gyan not to raise any funds for the actor because that is not what he needs.
They claim the likes of footballer Adebayor among other top notch personalities did their best possible to make Funny Face a better version of himself but today he is crying.
According to them, Funny Face needs sense instead and not money because if he had enough sense, he would not have misused what he had.
“He needs financial intelligence and literacy”, one netizen said.
“He couldn’t even handle a Range Rover, how could he handle money?” another said.
“Raise money for a lazy guy for what …..instead of giving him the money teach him how to be wise and work to feed himself and stop begging always in the name of bipolar”, another said.
