Regarding her single status, the actress and producer explained that her relationships have not been successful due to parties failing to meet their commitments. As a result, she decided to opt-out.

Contrary to common assumptions, she emphasized that her pregnancy was not the result of any coercion from a man. She further disclosed that she conceived during her final year of senior high school.
Vivian shared that she was the sole daughter of her parents, who provided unwavering support throughout her pregnancy.
Despite her mother’s strict religious upbringing, which opposed abortion, she chose to give birth to her son, Clinton Prempeh, who will soon celebrate his 19th birthday.
