Chef Faila has been a name on the lips of Ghanaians in the past few days and it was all for positive reasons but that isn’t the same right now following her recent comment about some top Ghanaian musicians.
The Ghanaian chef received massive support from a large section of Ghanaians when she took a bold step to attempt to break the Guinness world record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.
However, she seems not to be satisfied with the huge amount of support she received through her attempt to break the world record and she made that clear when she was hosted for an interview on Joy Prime.
According to her, she was in some way disappointed in top music icons like Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale and Samini over their inability to show her the necessary support throughout the time she was cooking in her attempt to break the Guinness world record.
In an interview, Chef Faila said “If it was something bad about the North, everyone would have been talking about it. Not a single big musician showed up for North on this project. Not Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Samini, etc.”
“It was Kwabena Kwabena who passed through. There were a lot of expectations that we were going to see some of the artists we support so much from this angle show up and support us. Believe me, if I see Stonebwoy or Shatta Wale’s song, I can sing it to amaze you, but nobody showed up for us, and so they owe us an apology,” Chef Faila added.
Her comment did not go down well with some Ghanaians, who were quick to trash it in disagreement with everything she said about the three musicians.
Many social media users argued that it would have been much better if she appreciated the presence of others who came from their respective homes to support her.
