Davido reacts months after critic predicted he’d never get Grammy nomination
Nigerian music sensation Davido has finally responded to a troll who doubted his chances of ever being nominated for a Grammy Award.
It was just two months ago when a critic on Twitter claimed that Davido would never receive a Grammy nomination, questioning his decision to submit his songs for consideration.
The critic even went as far as calling him a B-list artist and criticizing his latest album, “Timeless.”
However, Davido proved his doubters wrong when he received not one but three Grammy nominations last November. His album, “Timeless,” was nominated for Best Global Album, while his song “Unavailable” received a nomination for Best African Performance.
