Afua Asantewaa Owusu Aduonum, the Ghanaian who attempted to break the Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest singing time by an individual which is yet to be confirmed by Guinness World Record, has arrived in Tamale.
She stormed Tamale to support Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak who is embarking on the Guinness World Record in the longest cooking marathon by an individual.
Afua Asantewaa Owusu Aduonum who was accompanied by her husband and crew were served with delicious meals prepared by Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak.
She wished Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak all the best and assured her of their continuous support to ensure that she makes Ghana proud.
Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak, is embarking on a Guinness World Record in the longest cooking marathon by an individual from January 1,2024 to January 5,2024 at the Modern City Hotel in Tamale in the Northern region.
Ugandan chef Dorcus Mirembe, popularly known as Mama D, has however broken the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon set by the Irish chef, Alan Fisher with a time of 119 hours 57 minutes.
The Ugandan chef has set a new Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon with a cooking time of 144 hours and 20 minutes.
