22-year-old Mercy Atewe, an Economics graduate of Covenant University, has narrated how she ventured into hair dressing.<\/p>\n
While speaking during an interview with the Vanguard Newspaper, she said, \u201cMy name is Mercy Atewe. I\u2019m 22 and studied Economics at Covenant University. I graduated in 2021.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cGrowing up, I had a lot of skills at my disposal; I was a very creative person. I was always told that creativity wouldn\u2019t get me anywhere, so I had to work hard and study economics to earn a living.\u201d<\/p>\n
Further speaking, she said, \u201cHow I got into making hair is because of my hairdresser; she wasn\u2019t so good with my hair. My hair was cutting; it was very terrible, so I said to myself, that I have to learn how to make hair.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m the only girl in my family, so there is no way to try my trade on anyone, so I tried it on myself and took the skill to school. In the university, people started asking me to make their hair for them.\u201d<\/p>\n
