Who wins the ultimate prize and becomes the 2022 Miss Upper East Ghana Queen?<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It promises to be a night of glitz and glamour accompanied by fierce competition on Monday, 2nd December, 2023 when the eight finalists mount the stage to compete in the grand finale of the 2022 Miss Upper East Ghana.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Which of the eight finalists is likely to win the crown?
