PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has said they will not let him go for free.<\/p>\n<p>Mbapp\u00e9, Ligue 1\u2019s top scorer in the past five seasons, has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think that playing for PSG doesn\u2019t help much because it\u2019s a divisive team, a divisive club,\u201d he said in an interview with France Football magazine. He did not elaborate.<\/p>\n<p>PSG representatives did not immediately reply when contacted by Reuters for comment Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>PSG have won nine of the past 11 league titles but Mbapp\u00e9\u2019s frustration lies with their performances in the Champions League \u2014 a trophy the French club have never won despite all their investment in the squad.<\/p>\n<p>PSG went out in the round of 16 this year when they were beaten by Bayern Munich, failing to score in both legs. Mbapp\u00e9 was injured for the first leg and said they were \u201chelpless\u201d in the second.<\/p>\n<p>Mbapp\u00e9 said he was the \u201cmost decisive player\u201d in the group stage but could not explain what PSG were missing with the club hitting a \u201cglass ceiling\u201d in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe did what we could, period.
