His right knee is his main injury concern.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[He needs] a lot of injections, a lot of medicine,\u201d Guerra told reporters during an event at the club\u2019s stadium. \u201cIt is reaching a limit. But we don\u2019t know where that limit is, when is his last [match].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Guerra said Su\u00e1rez could even need knee replacement surgery at some stage.<\/p>\n<p>Bitello said Su\u00e1rez \u201ccomplains about his pain, he has an overload in his legs, he sacrifices himself,\u201d adding that the player has to put his health first.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf that [retirement] happens it will be a huge loss for us. We get along very well, he is a great player.
