They asked me to stay single for them so their friends will not laugh at them that at their age their mum remarried and I understood them, though it was selfish of them but i paid the huge sacrifice for them, no sacrifice is too huge for family.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" data-lazyloaded=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1300\" height=\"767\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/patience-ozokwor-1300x767.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2741566\" data-=\"\"\/><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1300\" height=\"767\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/patience-ozokwor-1300x767.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2741566\"\/><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<p>Patience Ozokwor further spilled why she stopped wearing jewelry and makeup.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was my son God used for me, he had a dream twice of me with my natural face and hair on and God told him, he preferred me looking that way than when i use make up and accessories, by the third time he had the dream, i just knew this is it, i had to stop \u201c<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-mercy-johnson-clarifies-misinterpretation-of-her-health-video\">Mercy Johnson clarifies misinterpretation of her health (video)<\/h2>\n<p>Meanwhile, Mercy Johnson has clarified the misinterpretation regarding the state of her health.<\/p>\n<p>Kemi Filani reported\u00a0that Mercy Johnson opened up during one of the editions of her TV Show, Mercy\u2019s Menu with Joke Silva that she had a cancer health scare and as a result, she was placed on life medication.<\/p>\n<p>She said, \u201cI had a scare. I had a cancer scare. It was like a journey for us because of the kids. My last born was 6 months at that time. We had to understand that this is our new reality. Let\u2019s get the surgery done. They said I was going to be on medication for the rest of my life. It was a reality that we had to sit down\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>However, the short clip from Mercy Johnson\u2019s programme that made rounds on the internet made her fans misinterpret her health condition as she has been receiving calls and messages regarding her condition.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-mercy-johnson-issues-psa\">Mercy Johnson issues PSA<\/h2>\n<p>Taking to her Instagram page, the mother of four addressed the issue. She noted in the video of her public service announcement that people misinterpreted her condition and urged them to watch the full clip from the programme episode she talked about her health in order to understand her point.<\/p>\n<p>She said: \u201cHi guys! ok so first of all I must thank you so much for all of you who have been calling and sending messages and prayers, thank you, I do appreciate it so much but I DO NOT HAVE CANCER!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI noticed that a clip from my TV show, Mercy\u2019s Menu has been flying around and I think it was cut. They cut the clip. I said I had a cancer scare means that I have this sweeping on my neck (shows her neck), You can see the line there and my doctor felt it was something serious. I had problems with my thyroid, I am perfectly okay.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you so much for all of your calls and your messages, all these phones have been buzzing like crazy, I am perfectly fine and I DO NOT HAVE CANCER. I\u2019M PERFECTLY OKAY. So thank you so much for checking up on me, thank you for all the messages. Go back and watch the clip, it was completely misunderstood, I\u2019m fine!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI do not have cancer in Jesus name!
