A 13 years old girl from Rift Valley, Baringo county narrated to court how she got pregnant after sleeping wih assistant chief two times.<\/p>\n
The minor explained that her mother had sent her to take care of their cattle. While the animals were grazing, the assistant chief, Thomas Chesang, called her into his house not knowing what was awaiting her.<\/p>\n
Chesang defiled her and gave her unknown pills. The girl refused to take the pills but was threatened not to unleash the secret.<\/p>\n
Week later, the minor\u2019s mother sent her to get painkillers at the chief\u2019s house, where the chief again defiled her and gave her two pink tablets to swallow and gave her Sh100.<\/p>\n
She decided to share the story to her mother after realizing that she was pregnant. They then went to a health officer with intention of doing abortion.<\/p>\n
The Assistant Chief will know his fate in two weeks.<\/p>\n
