He explained that the body system needed elements like Iron, Vitamin B and Folic acid.<\/p>\n<p>In summary, he said: <strong>\u201d This tradition (use of Malt and Milk) started because people collected it after blood donation in so many cases. Why? When you donate blood, energy is lost. That combination was probably someone\u2019s idea to restore energy and not blood. Tomato paste is the worst, just plain deceit. Just because it is red does not automatically make it produce blood.
