It has turned into a ghost town. <\/p>\n<p>Following the customary rights of the Tema Traditional council, there should be total darkness till midnight because the burial of the late chief is upon us. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/6TvdaMcESy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pic.twitter.com\/6TvdaMcESy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The Bearded Mc\ud83e\uddd4\ud83c\udffd\u200d\u2642\ufe0f\ud83c\udf99\ud83d\uddef (@Oscarnuwati) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Oscarnuwati\/status\/1585379028005179393?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">October 26, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Even the Tema General Hospital asked staff on night shifts on Wednesday to report earlier than usual.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, staff-wielding traditionalists patrolled the streets with some carrying pots on their heads in mourning.<\/p>\n<p>Later in the night, it was a surreal experience.
