These include:<\/p>\n<p>Ask for your PIN: You should never share your ATM card PIN with the POS agent. The PIN is meant to be kept secret and only known by you, as it is used to authorize transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Take your card out of sight: The POS agent should not take your ATM card out of your sight or walk away with it. They should only insert the card into the machine and return it to you immediately after the transaction is completed.<\/p>\n<p>Keep your card details: The POS agent should not keep a record of your ATM card details,  the card number, expiry date, and CVV code. This information can be used to make fraudulent transactions on your account.<\/p>\n<p>Charge you extra fees: The POS agent should not charge you extra fees for using your ATM card to withdraw cash from their machine. Any fees associated with the transaction should be clearly displayed on the machine\u2019s screen or communicated to you beforehand.<\/p>\n<p>Press any buttons for you: The POS agent should not press any buttons on the machine on your behalf.
