The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi, has advised Nigerians to elect leaders who are qualified and intellectually and physically capable of governing a sick nation like ours.

Obi made the demand on Thursday in Enugu while speaking with pupils from the Nsuka Business School of the University of Nigeria.

“In the United States, discussions are held during elections,” continued Obi. In a subliminal reference to Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, Barack Obama once responded to questions that were personal.

However, we don’t know the specific age, name, or schools that someone running for office in Nigeria attended.

Nobody knows who he really is. Peter Obi, also known as Peter, attended CKC and Nsukka’s University of Nigeria. Both the VC and DVC of today were classmates of mine in high school. Both our college entrance and graduation occurred in the same year.

“My classmates from the same high school, my seniors and juniors, are here right now. Why are there people without classmates now? This is very important. It all comes down to moral character and trustworthiness.
