Whenever he speaks, it triggers seizures.<\/p>\n<p>Samuel Akonnor is an Arts student at the University of Education, Winniba, Department of Arts, he has a strange disorder that happens whenever he speaks with someone, seizure.<\/p>\n<p>While being interviewed by TV3&#8217;s Portia Gabor, a seizure happened, and the interview had to halt for other means of communication to be done.
