Nick Cannon\u00a0is a father of 12!<\/p>\n
On Thursday, Alyssa Scott shared that she and Cannon had\u00a0welcomed their second child together\u00a0on Dec. 14, a daughter named Halo Marie.<\/p>\n
The couple previously\u00a0welcomed\u00a0their late son, Zen, back in June 2021.<\/p>\n
A few months later, Cannon\u00a0announced on his since-cancelled eponymous daytime talk show\u00a0that\u00a05-month-old Zen\u00a0died of brain cancer and a subsequent tumour.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The new baby news comes just over a month after Cannon welcomed his 11th\u00a0child \u2014\u00a0his third with Abby De La Rosa.<\/p>\n
Cannon\u2019s growing family all started after he married\u00a0Mariah Carey\u00a0in 2008. Though the pair split in 2016, they share 11-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan. It was then that Cannon\u2019s \u201cunorthodox\u201d approach to dating and child rearing began, with Cannon going on to welcome 10 more children by five other women.<\/p>\n

Mariah Carey<\/strong><\/p>\n Cannon and Carey married in 2008, and in April of 2011, they welcomed twins\u00a0Monroe and Moroccan. Though the couple divorced in 2016, Cannon has continued to co-parent with Carey and remain a constant part of the twins\u2019 lives.<\/p>\n Brittany Bell<\/strong><\/p>\n In February 2017, Cannon welcomed son Golden Sagon\u00a0with\u00a0Bell. The pair would later welcome a daughter, Powerful Queen, 1, in December\u00a02020, and another son, Rise Messiah, on Sept. 23, 2022.<\/p>\n Abby De\u00a0La Rosa<\/strong><\/p>\n In June 2021, Cannon welcomed his next set of twins, fathering Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with De La Rosa. Zen\u00a0tragically\u00a0died\u00a0in December\u00a0at just 5 months old, after a battle with brain cancer. They welcomed their son, Legendary, in July.<\/p>\n LaNisha Cole<\/strong><\/p>\n The Masked Singer<\/em>\u00a0host announced that he and\u00a0photographer LaNisha Cole had welcomed their first child together\u00a0on Sept.\u00a015, 2022, a daughter named Onyx Ice Cole Cannon.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n While it\u2019s been difficult for many to understand how Cannon juggles a busy career and his growing family,\u00a0he told ET last month\u00a0that he dedicates his \u201centire day\u201d to his children.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s not as difficult as people think it would be, but I understand [their concern] because it is a very unorthodox scenario,\u201d Cannon explained.<\/p>\n \u201cI dedicate probably my entire day to my children. Luckily, we are in a world where I\u2019m blessed with the opportunity.
