Curvacious award winning Ghanaian songstress,\u00a0 Sista Afia has said that marriage is not as attractive as it used it be so she might not marry.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

According to the Sista Afia, life has so many angles and doesn\u2019t necessarily revolve around marriage.<\/p>\n

The Jeje hitmaker in an interview with Doreen Avio on Daybreak Hitz said, \u201cI don\u2019t see life to be all about marriage and having kids. Life is a beautiful thing and it has a lot of angles.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cIf I don\u2019t get married, it doesn\u2019t mean I wouldn\u2019t do better in life. Marriage doesn\u2019t define me,\u201d she said on Hitz FM.<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

The singer also disclosed that when she was young, she had the dream of getting married and having children at an early age.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was a young girl and I remember telling myself that I would get married at the age of 21; I\u2019d have twins at the age of 24, and another set of twins later.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI was very young and I was very na\u00efve and I didn\u2019t know much about marriage and life, but now I do I\u2019m not in a rush.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s my dream to have a kid, but if I don\u2019t even get married, it\u2019s fine but for a kid it\u2019s something I would want to have.\u201d<\/p>\n

She concluded, \u201cMarried people these days\u2026 it is crazy. Considering this generation\u2026 Because we have social media, people do not see the importance of so many things anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Sika hitmaker concluded by saying, \u201cIf you\u2019re a woman, whatever you want to do, be it marriage, you can go ahead and do it, but for me, I\u2019m just being me and I don\u2019t regard marriage.\u201d
She then advised women to do what was good for them and that societal pressures should not influence their stance on marriage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
