Priscilla Ojo, daughter of actress Iyabo Ojo, has revealed how embarrassed she felt after her mother went live on social media in 2021 about Baba Ijesha\u2019s case and also when she watched her mother on \u201cReal Housewives of Lagos\u201d reality show.<\/p>\n
Opening up during a recent interview with Stephanie Coker on her \u201cMe, Her & Everything Else\u201d podcast, Priscilla Ojo disclosed that she felt bad when her mother fought dirty on live Television.<\/p>\n
During the interview, Priscilla was asked \u201cHow did you feel when your mother said she was going to be on The Real Housewives of Lagos?\u201d She said:<\/p>\n
PRISCILLA OJO: I was so \u2013 I was so scared. Because I\u2019m a private person regardless and I was like oh my god. I didn\u2019t want her to have haters or negative comments. I didn\u2019t know how to stand it because it would affect me. But at the end of the day, my mom is herself. <\/p>\n
So if you like her, if you don\u2019t like her, she\u2019s still herself. So she\u2019s not going to fake anything. She\u2019s not going to do anything to make you not like her. So I was scared at first but then I was like okay, just do what you have to do. You\u2019re trying because I don\u2019t think I can do it. Having cameras follow me every day of my life. It will be hard. But I feel like she did quite well. She did well. I was so proud.<\/p>\n
\u201cWas there any point in which you were embarrassed?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\nPRISCILLA OJO: \u201cYeah! I think it was when she got into a fight and then she was like [shouting], I\u2019m already used to that but I was like mummy, don\u2019t let people see this. Oh my goodness. Because when she gets angry, you\u2019ll think she literally hates you but that\u2019s how she expresses herself. So I\u2019m like mum, this is a family thing, don\u2019t take it out there. So when it was out there, I was like \u201coh my god\u201d. But then, you know, everybody has their own.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou know that whole thing that happened between Baba Ijesha and all that, I spoke to my mother, I said \u201cmum, don\u2019t go live\u201d. She said \u201coh it\u2019s fine\u201d. When I left, she locked the room. I was like \u201cmum!\u201d I was calling her, she\u2019s like \u201cdon\u2019t call me\u201d, she blocked my number. Cuz me I\u2019m the calm type, I don\u2019t like social media drama so I was like mum, don\u2019t do this. But I feel like she was fighting for the right cause.\u201d<\/p>\n
