Atiku, he says, is likely to be the first to cross that line. With 19 states in the North and 17 in the South, Atiku is expected to get 25 percent in all the 19 states in the North and five states in the South to win. <\/p>\n<p>In comparison, Momodu suggests that Tinubu, Atiku\u2019s nearest ri, may only get 25 percent in one or two states in the South-East, and will find it difficult to control the South-West, where he is supposed to be king.
