Datti Baba-Ahmed, the Vice Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, has called on Nigerians to vote him and Peter Obi out of office if they fail to deliver on their promises after being elected. In a recent interview on Channels Television, Datti stated that he and Peter Obi are not time wasters. If, after four years, they do not deliver visible results, Nigerians are free to fire them from office by voting them out.

Datti emphasized his and Peter Obi’s commitment to their objectives and highlighted their past successes, such as Peter Obi’s tenure as the governor of Anambra state and his legislative work at the Senate level. He urged citizens to buy into their lofty objectives and promised to be accountable for their actions.

This statement by Datti is a refreshing display of accountability and responsibility, a trait often lacking among political leaders.
