attorney-general of the federation (AGF), who is the sole respondent in the suit has also filed a preliminary objection\u00a0<\/span><strong>challenging<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: stands.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Godwin Emefiele, CBN governor, made the disclosure while briefing the diplomatic community at the ministry of foreign affairs in Abuja on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">The development comes despite the\u00a0<\/span><strong>ex parte order<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">\u00a0of the supreme court which
