Minutes later, after the news broke at nine, Citizen Tv Journalist Sam Githuko informed Ruto that Kenyans had asked him where he had left the ring. Ruto claimed that he had forgotten to wear it because he was in a hurry. Ruto went ahead and said that he bought his first ring at River Road for ksh 700 after the wedding.<\/p>\n
