The wife of the Vice President of Ghana, Samira Bawumia, has expressed her admiration for Afua Asantewaa, who undertook a remarkable five-day journey to break the Guinness World Record for the longest singing marathon by an individual.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a post on her official Instagram page, the Second Lady commended Afua\u2019s determination and resilience, describing her world record attempt as truly inspiring. She highlighted the excellence of the Ghanaian woman, once again vividly displayed through Afua\u2019s dedication.<\/p>\n

Samira Bawumia also acknowledged the tremendous support demonstrated by Ghanaians throughout Afua\u2019s singing marathon, emphasizing the collective encouragement and unity shown during the ambitious endeavor.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe overwhelming show of support and display of patriotism from Ghanaians is impressive and a source of great pride,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Afua Asantewaa has concluded her Guinness World Record attempt to break the record for the longest individual singing marathon on 29th December, 2023.<\/p>\n
