{"id":133520,"date":"2023-12-20T22:17:20","date_gmt":"2023-12-20T22:17:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2023\/12\/20\/i-forgive-you-npp-mp-tells-foh-amoaning\/"},"modified":"2023-12-20T22:17:20","modified_gmt":"2023-12-20T22:17:20","slug":"i-forgive-you-npp-mp-tells-foh-amoaning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2023\/12\/20\/i-forgive-you-npp-mp-tells-foh-amoaning\/","title":{"rendered":"I forgive you &#8211; NPP MP tells Foh-Amoaning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"td-post-featured-image\">\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"522\" class=\"entry-thumb\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/1703110640_808_57968120.295-Copy-696x522.jpg\"   alt=\"Moses Foh-Amoaning and Anyimadu-Antwi\" title=\"Moses Foh-Amoaning and Anyimadu-Antwi\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Moses Foh-Amoaning and Anyimadu-Antwi<br \/>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Member of Parliament(MP) for the Asante Akim Central, Kwame Anyimadu-Antwi, says he has forgiven lawyer Moses Foh-Amoaning over his comments against him over the \u00a0anti-LGBTQI Bill. <\/p>\n<p>Foh-Amoaning who is the Executive Secretary of the National Coalition of Proper Human Sexual Rights and Family Values (NCPHSRFV) criticised the MP over the delayed passage of the Bill. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-adomonline-com wp-block-embed-adomonline-com\"\/>\n<p>The lawyer asserted that, there was a deliberate attempt by Mr Antwi-Anyimadu who is the Chairman of the Constitutional, Legal, and Parliamentary Affairs Committee to delay the Bill. <\/p>\n<p><!-- \/22191989129,1002554\/MGL\/mgl_ado_atunwa_300x250 --><\/p>\n<p>Reacting to the backlash, the MP stated he will not fault the legal prcatitioner.<\/p>\n<p>This according to the Chairman is because he[Foh-Amoaning] is not a parliamentarian, hence not privy to what is accounting for the delay. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe has every right to say that but he doesn\u2019t know what is happening so I forgive him. I have not made any pronouncement that suggest I\u2019m against this Bill but the challenge we are facing is just due to the lack of patience.
