The way it is in this form is not helping,\u201d the Tamale Central MP stated.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of Trade and Industry,\u00a0Alan Kyerematen, has in recent times noted that the government\u2019s One District One Factory (1D1F) will soon industrialize the local economy.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that many factories would be established across the country under the 1D1F initiative.<\/p>\n<p>It would be recalled that President\u00a0Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo\u00a0during the 2022 State of the Nations Address in parliament announced that 106 out of 278 factories were operational under 1D1F.<\/p>\n<p>He said 148 factories were under construction while 24 were at the mobilization stage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source:\u00a0<\/strong>www.ghanaweb.com<\/p>\n<p><!-- AI CONTENT END 1 --><\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Member of\u00a0Parliament\u00a0for Tamale Central, Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, in 2022 said the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will abolish the 1 District 1 Factory initiative when voted back into power in 2024.
