Usisikie porojo, usisome simu sana\u2026 SMS ni nyingi na inatoka ata kwa wale watu wanataka kuvunja ndoa ya wengine,\u201d<\/em> Ruto said.<\/p>\n<p><em>(\u201cMarriage issues are challenging, but you must hold on. Don\u2019t pay attention to gossip, and don\u2019t read text messages too much\u2026 there are many SMSes even from those who wish to break up other people\u2019s marriages)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In a lighter vein, the President advised the couple not to overly concentrate on each other\u2019s phones and their social media activities.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cUsisumbuke sana na simu, wachana na simu ya mzee, wachana na simu ya mama, wewe endelea na kazi yako, simu iko na maneno take, sindio jameni? Ukisumbuka kuangalia simu\u2026 Hii social media inaweza kufanya ukue wazimu,\u201d <\/em>he said.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Don\u2019t get too bothered by phones; leave the husband\u2019s phone, leave the wife\u2019s phone, just focus on your work. Phones have their own conversations, right? If you get preoccupied with checking phones\u2026 social media can drive you crazy)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In his congratulatory message, Dr Ruto extended his best wishes to Eric Wamumbi and Betty Maina for a lifetime of happiness.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCongratulations, Betty and Eric, on your union.
