This, according to him, accounts for the thriving showbiz sector in Nigeria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking in an interview with Amelley Djosu on Joy Prime\u2019s Celeb Biz, he insisted that corporate Ghana must revisit its policies in order to support the promising showbiz industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"youtube-embed\" data-video_id=\"eV8rHd6XOZU\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Corporate Ghana must amend their policies to support creative industry - Nana Asaase #CelebBizonJoy\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eV8rHd6XOZU?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhen you crossover to Nigeria, there\u2019re multinationals, but there\u2019re Nigerians working in these multinationals. Those Nigerians realised the power of the arts, and they helped push their artists. Here, once they get behind those corporate walls, it is to the detriment of the greater good,\u201d the spoken word artist said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nana Asaase urged Ghanaians working in very reputable firms in the country to lead the campaign to get more investments for the industry, just like their counterparts in other West African countries are doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThere\u2019re Ghanaians working in very reputable places who have the power and the millions. Now they want to cloud it with corporate directives. The \u2018brofo no dey help we.\u2019 Rules are made for people. People are not made for rules, so they can be amended. Somebody calls the shots.
