{"id":119660,"date":"2023-11-14T13:12:05","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T13:12:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2023\/11\/14\/keke-palmer-granted-temporary-sole-custody-of-son\/"},"modified":"2023-11-14T13:12:05","modified_gmt":"2023-11-14T13:12:05","slug":"keke-palmer-granted-temporary-sole-custody-of-son","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2023\/11\/14\/keke-palmer-granted-temporary-sole-custody-of-son\/","title":{"rendered":"Keke Palmer Granted Temporary Sole Custody Of Son"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>FLASHBACK: Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson with their baby<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Keke Palmer\u00a0is now the sole guardian of her\u00a0eight-month-old son Leodis, after she filed and was granted a request for a\u00a0domestic violence\u00a0restraining order against the child\u2019s father, Darius Jackson.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cNope\u201d star was granted temporary sole custody of her son after filing legal documents on Thursday in\u00a0Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>According to those documents, which were obtained by CNN, Palmer requested full physical and legal custody of Leodis from the court, citing allegations of physical abuse including \u201cmany instances of physical violence, including striking and grabbing me around the neck.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The temporary restraining order granted by a Los Angeles County judge, stipulates that\u00a0Jackson\u00a0must stay at least 100 yards away from both Palmer and their son.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson was ordered to have no visitation with Leodis \u201cuntil further order of the court,\u201d the documents also stated.<\/p>\n<p>CNN has reached out to representatives for Palmer and Jackson for comment. Jackson and Palmer began dating in 2021.
