A court decision requiring Shatta Wale to pay Maverick City Entertainment, the people behind the popular Wildaland Festival, $120,000 has put the Dancehall\/Reggae specialist in a precarious predicament.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Wale <\/strong>has to deal with this mess he finds himself in presently because he did not show up for the event as promised. Shatta Wale must pay interest in the amount of $120,000 starting on December 14, 2021, and continuing until the total payment is paid, according to the court\u2019s ruling.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The entire amount of $10,892.47 is an interest rate of 5.5%. Furthermore, Shatta Wale has been told to provide GHC 20,000. It should be mentioned that despite being paid in full ($120,000) for his performance at the Wildaland Festival, Shatta Wale did not deliver.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The boss of the event, Sadiq Abudulia Abu, publicly criticized the musician on social media for his unprofessional behaviour as a result of this occurrence.<\/p>\n

In October 2022, Shatta Wale verified that he had really gotten the $120,000 money in an interview with Giovani Caleb on TV3.
