You feel like they&#8217;re not only listening to what you have to say but also listening with an open mind. Asking questions is encouraged rather than discouraged, and asking questions is how people learn about each other! Plus, it means there&#8217;s less chance for miscommunication or misunderstanding later down the line when these things come up in conversation again (or even thoughtlessly). But if your partner means everything to you, then you will find a way to be affectionate. You may not be the type who initiates physical contact, but they will know that they mean everything to you through your actions and words. You will go out of your way to make sure they are happy and safe because it makes you happy too.<\/p>\n<p>If this sounds like what you have in mind for love, then it might be time for some self-reflection. Ask yourself: Is my partner as important as I say? Do I want them around forever? Do I need them in my life or am I just used to having someone there?
