{"id":104500,"date":"2023-09-29T21:02:05","date_gmt":"2023-09-29T21:02:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2023\/09\/29\/bill-cosby-sued-for-alleged-sexual-assault-incident-from-1972\/"},"modified":"2023-09-29T21:02:05","modified_gmt":"2023-09-29T21:02:05","slug":"bill-cosby-sued-for-alleged-sexual-assault-incident-from-1972","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2023\/09\/29\/bill-cosby-sued-for-alleged-sexual-assault-incident-from-1972\/","title":{"rendered":"Bill Cosby sued for alleged sexual assault incident from\u00a01972"},"content":{"rendered":"<br><div id=\"article-text\">\n                        \n\n                        \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bill Cosby\u00a0has been hit with yet another lawsuit\u00a0accusing him of sexual assault, this time by a woman who claims the comedian drugged her during an encounter that occurred more than 50 years ago. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to\u00a0TMZ, the suit was filed by Donna Motsinger, who claims to have met him in 1972 while employed as a waitress at the Trident restaurant in California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The alleged victim says after becoming acquainted with Cosby, she accepted an invitation to attend his comedy show at the Circle Star Theater. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to her recollection, she was picked up in a limo and given a glass of wine, which she says made her sick by the time she arrived at his dressing room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She claims that Cosby then handed her what she thought was an aspirin, but fell unconscious soon after, leading her to believe she was drugged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-566-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10032384925 lazy\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motsinger says she woke up the next morning at her home with her underwear on.
