If you are a soccer fan or a concern South African citizens who would like to see justice served when the person or people who were involved in the murder of the former Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper and captain Senzo Meyiwa was shot and killed, a number of state witnesses have already taken to the stand and some of them are the people who were at the Khumalo house when two men allegedly barged into the house and started making demands of cellphones and money from those who were in the house, it is reported that a scuffle ensued between the deceased and the gunman, a shot then went off and Meyiwa was fatally wounded.
Constable Zungu, who is currently on the witness stand at the North Gauteng High Court has told the court that he was with all the accused at a hostel on the day of the murder, he also narrated how they arrived dressed in a way that matches the description of the suspects who barged into the Khumalo house, he mentioned that the accused arrived looking distressed and he quickly changed since he was wearing a hoodie.
Zungu also revealed that back in 2019 his life was on the line and all the accused were after him, he told the court that his life was in danger accused number 1 actually produced the firearm on the 18th of November 2019 when he was at his sister’s wedding, he said after he went to buy cigarette, someone produced a firearm through the window and he saw the person and identified him.
“Zungu: When I came from shop I saw a car parked on side where I stay. On my way out it was parked there. I saw who was inside. When I came, one of the guys from Ntuli produced firearm through window,” he said.
Zungu: I called General Leshabane and informed them that they wanted to shoot me.

Baloyi: This Ntuli who produced a firearm do you know him?
The court has adjourned until Friday and Constable Zungu will be back in the witness box and start with the cross examination, he will be grinded by the four legal representatives of the five men accused of killing Meyiwa.
