The NG-CDF have released cash to various constituencies across the country with some losing millions in the new year disbursement.
The apex court earlier declared that the CDF as unconstitutional but reports indicated that it was matter of discussion within the two arms of government.
A total of 21 constituencies will receive 7 million less than what they used to get in the previous years.
Those 21 constituencies will be burdened and forced to cut some budject according to the new allocation. This might affect bursaries disbursement, projects, and other people who were depending on the cash.
The 21 losers according to the sharing formula adopted by the NG-CDF Board are Ainabkoi, Emuhaya, Endebess, Isiolo South, Jomvu, Kangema, Kilome, Lamu East, Mathioya, Mbeere North, Mogotio and Mumias East constituencies.
Others are Ndia, Saku, Sirisia, Sabukia, Tetu, Turkana East and Webuye East constituencies.
