Makau Mutua Takes The Following Position In The Killing Of LGBTQ Activist Edwin Chiloba

The killing of Edwin Chiloba in a very inhumane way left the entire nation talking and condemning the act. Most of the people argue that he might have been Killed because he was a LGBTQ Activist in Kenya who came out strongly to defend their rights.

He was killed and his body stuffed in a metal bosox and later dumped where the police registered it as unknown person. The body was later discovered and police have managed to arrest the main suspect behind the murder of Edwin Chiloba.

Professor Makau Mutua a lawyer has taken a firm stand that the killers should face the law and pay dearly for this act. He was keen to note that this should not happen because a person has decided to be an activist of LGBTQ community.
