Kenyans have showcased their anger following an event that was led by KANU Party leader Gideon Moi and Caleb Kositany in Karen, Nairobi. This was during a rite of passage of 91 young boys who are now fit enough to be called men from Rift Valley region who underwent initiation process
Caleb Kositany announced how the event was a success. However, his message backfired badly as Kenyans questioned how a traditional sort of thing was done in Nairobi. They were also quick to flag message by Kositany requesting Kenyans to preserve their culture despite he himself not doing this initiation the cultural way as it was expected
“Presided over the rite of passage of 91 young Kalenjin men who graduated from childhood to adulthood at Nairobi. Let’s all preserve our culture so that we can pass to generations to come,” read a message by former Soy MP Caleb Kositany hours after the event
