According to the source, new details have just emerged about what Traffic Police Officer Marwa asked one Tuk-Tuk driver before he died, as people watched him. As per the latest updates shared by a well-known source this hour, one of the police officers who is also a close friend of the deceased has recalled what happened on the fateful day. The police officer who also tried to help the deceased has revealed that, before Marwa died, he asked and pleaded with one of the Tuk-tuk drivers to rush him to the hospital. But it has emerged that the Tuk-tuk driver did not respond, and the deceased died.
Further, it has emerged that Marwa was afraid to die after he was run over by a motorist along Mombasa Road.
The family and friends are still arranging the burial ceremony for the deceased. It has emerged that, so far, the family has raised Ksh 2,00000 that will be used by the family to plan and bury him.
The suspect who dragged the said police officer is currently in custody as police officers are still doing investigations to determine what really happened.
