Fake mentally challenged man caught with dead babies

While this mentally challenged man is currently receiving rehabilitation assistance due to his passionate singing, last year, an enraged mob in Lagos captured a young man who pretended to be mentally challenged while carrying a bag filled with dead babies, as reported by www.Ghbase.com. The mob nearly beat him to death.

A passerby reportedly saw the unnamed man’s bloody sack on the Cele Expressway in Lagos and confronted him right away. He allegedly provided unconvincing explanations when questioned before fleeing and diving into the lake to avoid being captured.

An eyewitness claimed that, after being pursued by the mob, he was captured and given to the police.

“We noticed his sack was dripping blood and we enjoined some street urchins to help us query the man further. He quickly ran into a lake but he was caught. We opened the sack and saw fresh, dead babies.

When we interrogated him about what he was doing with the gory items, he refused to answer but noted that he killed the mother of the babies. We handed him over to the police for fear of him being lynched,” an eyewitness stated.
